You can visit us at our office located at the Githurai Business Centre, Unit B, along Kamiti Road (opposite Leestar Supermarket).
Our office is open Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

We believe in transparent pricing. The total cost includes an agency placement fee and the domestic worker’s salary. Our pricing structure varies depending on the type of placement (e.g., nanny, caregiver, chef) and the duration of the service. We provide a
detailed and transparent breakdown of all costs during our initial consultation, with no hidden fees.

When hiring multiple staff members, defining distinct roles and responsibilities is essential to avoid confusion and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. For example, one staff member could be the primary nanny focused on childcare, while another handles
housekeeping and cooking. We can help you create a clear duty roster that promotes teamwork and accountability

12. What happens if the domestic worker I hire is not a good fit?

We understand that not every placement is a perfect match. That’s why we offer a free replacement policy within a specified period. If you are not satisfied with the candidate for any reason during this time, we will work diligently to find you a suitable replacement at no additional agency cost.
